This beautiful town house is built in the style of the colourful historic town of Villajoyosa.
Outside
The villa has its own large terrace which is suitable for dining, sun bathing
and BBQ's. Primary seating is for 6, but if you want a few friends to visit
then there is an extra table and chairs. The communal pool is just a minute from
the villa and can easily be seen from the terrace. The views are spectacular. The left side of the terrace is fitted with a pergola.

Coast/Beach
Pueblo Acantilado is built on a cliff overlooking the sea and mountains. For those who enjoy walking and beach combing, then you need only walk down a few minutes from the villa. If you would like a sandy cove with refreshment and toilets available then Venta Lanuza is five minutes drive. Magnificent beaches with every amenity you need, stretching 7km from Campello to San Jaun are just 10 mins drive away.
Golf
Golf courses are increasing rapidly on the Costa Blanca. The nearest two to the villa are Bonalba and Alicante (San Jaun) both 15/20 mins drive. We would be happy to advise. Golf holidays can be arranged by resident English contact.
Travel
Nearest Airport Alicante, 30 mins drive. We can advise on a good local car rental. Whilst not essential we would strongly recommend the use of a car for this location. The villa has its own car parking space which is located below the villas and helps to keep the vehicle cool in the summer. To help with flights why not go to www.skyscanner.com. Terra Mitca is a major theme park situated just 25 minutes drive away from the villa. It's a wonderful adventure for children of all ages. Tickets, duration and costs vary, we would suggest checking for offers when you arrive, there are some good bargains to be had.
